Jonathan stirring machine

General

The Jonathan paint stirring machine is the result of a major design effort aimed at improving the structural characteristics of the equipment in order to facilitate shipping and distribution. Jonathan, which maintains the typical properties of durability, dependability and ease of operation of all Fast equipment, was specifically designed to reduce shipping and storage volume while semplifying installation procedures even further.

The special foldable structure of each module reduces the volume of packaged equipment by 65% allowing an entire system to be pallettized independently on one skid.

The stirring machine comprises modules for 1 liter/1 Quart cans and for 4 liters/1 Gallon cans in different width with a top can holding system which keeps the shelves free of any clips or clamps to facilitate maintenance and clean up. The motor base features a control unit, also available in explosion proof version, and a single motor which drives all modules by means of metal shafts and self lubricated gears, therefore completely eliminating the need for belt adjustment and maintenance.
